Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Payment Method
We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. JULIÉURA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Empty Parcel - Claims
All orders are packed under video recording for quality and security purposes. Claims regarding missing items must be supported with an unedited 360° unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. If no video = no claim accepted.
Order is marked as delivered but not received by Customer
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, JULIÉURA is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. Customers are advised to check with neighbors or security if unavailable at the time of delivery. We will assist in raising a complaint with the courier.
Refunds or replacements in such cases are not guaranteed.
